Responsibilities:• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence, while attending court appearances.• Advocate passionately on behalf of clients' interests, demonstrating a strong commitment to their cases.• Manage and prioritize a sizable caseload, exhibiting strong organizational and time management skills.• Provide counsel to clients, helping them understand legal options, establishing strategies, and representing them in court and negotiations.• Ensure compliance with all client and firm standard operating procedures.• Work with clients from Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, and surrounding counties.• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents• Analyze and summarize legal documents• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
